OBJECTIVES

Monitor the implementation of the European Care Strategy, showcasing promising national initiatives for the social services workforce.

Tackle key challenges in working conditions, focusing on musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) and psychosocial risks (PSR).

Strengthen the capacity of social services employers and promote effective social dialogue.

- Report on the Care Strategy implementation and recommendations for further implementation, with a focus on workforce
- Report on state of play MSD prevention & practical guidelines
- Report on state of play PSR prevention & practical guidelines
- National social dialogue seminars in Greece, Poland, Romania and Cyprus
- Updated “Guide on how to create and manage effective employers organisations in social services”
- Study visits to employers’ organisations in Finland, Germany and Luxembourg
